Call volume
How many inbound calls the agent is expected to handle.
Test Our AgentThere is no Bronze, Silver, or Gold package because there is no standard law firm. We build FirmVoice around your actual intake process, then price the agent you actually need.
No payment to get a quote. We start with your call volume, intake, calendars, and routing.
Your monthly price reflects the amount of work your agent needs to do: call volume, intake depth, calendars, routing, practice areas, locations, after-hours coverage, and other firm-specific requirements.
You will know your monthly price before you go live.
Get My FirmVoice PriceOne may need a straightforward receptionist workflow with a single calendar and a short intake. The other may need multiple practice areas, locations, qualification paths, calendars, transfers, escalation rules, and after-hours logic. FirmVoice is priced around that reality.
We review these factors during onboarding and the build process so the monthly number reflects your real usage and complexity.
How many inbound calls the agent is expected to handle.
Short routing calls and detailed intake conversations create different workloads.
How many questions, qualification branches, practice areas, and decision points are involved.
Number of calendars, appointment types, offices, and virtual or in-person rules.
Transfers, urgent calls, existing clients, staff availability, and after-hours workflows.
Languages, integrations, special workflows, and other firm-specific needs.
These examples are here so you have a realistic frame of reference. They are not tiers, and your price may be higher or lower depending on your agent and usage.
One primary practice area, straightforward intake, moderate call volume, limited routing complexity.
Often around $500–$1,000/month.
Multiple practice areas or locations, more complex intake and routing, and thousands of calls per month.
Could be around $2,000–$3,500/month or more.
Use your own call volume and average case value. The calculator is illustrative, but it makes the economics easier to see.
Type in two numbers. We'll do the rest.
For the comparison below, we'll use these illustrative intake assumptions:
Rounded to whole calls, leads, consults, and clients. Illustrative assumptions only—not a guarantee or projection of actual results. Lead mix, answer rates, booking rates, close rates, client value, and FirmVoice configuration vary by firm.
There are cheaper ways to buy voice AI software. FirmVoice is designed for firms that do not want their office manager or intake director to become the person responsible for building and maintaining the system.
We do the intake mapping, configuration, testing, refinement, and ongoing optimization with you. The goal is a working receptionist and intake system—not another software login your team has to figure out.
You are not being asked to buy a promise. We build your FirmVoice agent around your intake, your team tests it, and then you decide whether to go live.
We start onboarding and map how your firm wants calls handled.
We configure your agent around your questions, calendars, routing, and intake rules.
Your team calls the real agent, tries edge cases, and sees how it performs.
Like it? Approve it and go live. Do not like it? We refund the setup fee under the setup terms.
If a new matter is worth several thousand dollars—or tens of thousands—the math can change quickly.
For some firms, capturing one or two opportunities that otherwise would have gone to voicemail, waited too long for a callback, or hired the next firm that answered can materially change the economics.
Actual results vary by firm, matter mix, intake performance, and conversion rates.
Give us a rough idea of your call volume, practice areas, intake process, scheduling, and routing. We will tell you what FirmVoice would cost for your firm.
Get My FirmVoice PriceThere is no standard package because there is no standard law firm. Pricing is customized based on call volume, average call length, intake complexity, scheduling, routing, practice areas, locations, and other requirements. For context, a smaller firm with straightforward intake may be around $500–$1,000 per month, while a larger multi-location or multi-practice firm handling thousands of calls per month may be around $2,000–$3,500 per month or more, depending on complexity.
Yes. We charge a small setup fee to begin onboarding and build your custom agent. Your team gets to test the agent before launch. If you decide you do not like the agent under the setup terms, we refund the setup fee.
No. We establish a flat monthly price during setup so you are not watching a meter every time the phone rings.
No. FirmVoice is designed as an ongoing monthly service without a long-term commitment.
Your initial monthly price is based on the call volume and complexity we expect at launch. That initial price is intended to remain in place for the first six months unless there is a material change in usage, scope, or other agreed conditions. After that, pricing can be adjusted with advance notice.
Your monthly service includes the live FirmVoice agent and ongoing refinements. We may also review calls and suggest improvements to the intake process at our discretion.
We'll talk through your phones, intake process, call volume, calendars, routing, and after-hours needs. Then we can tell you what a custom FirmVoice build would cost.
